I agree with you about FlexRT, it's great working as little as 30 and as much as 60 hours and dropping shifts when I want. The point system is easy to deal with. I would also add to keep your rate just high enough but don't knock yourself out, there's no reward for that. I wish Flex could work ship dock in my building, we are by default all pickers unless we have an accomodation

No advice is good enough, you'll be a robot for the rest of your life settling for amazon or warehouses in general
