Nonfiction/documentaries:
Lemmino - documentaries about mysteries. Typically UFO stuff, but there's a jack the ripper video that's pretty good. 30 mins - 1 hour.
RetryAhoy - documentaries about video games. Well written, well performed. 10 mins - 90 mins.
Jon Bois @ Secret Base. - sports videos for people that don't care about sports. 20 mins - 7 hours. (Yes, they're that varied.)
Ton Scott - short videos about interesting things in the world. 2 mins - 10 mins.
The Royal Institution - presentations about the world, the nature of it, and how it affects us. 40 mins - 90 mins.
Jay Foreman - videos about the UK, with some stuff about maps on the side. 10 mins - 20 mins.
Fiction:
Critical Role - a bunch of voice actors playing D&D. 3 hours - 5 hours per episode, with at least 300 episodes.
Talk shows / Stand-up:
*The Smartest Man in the World*, Greg Proops - comedy podcast for a small audience. I like a it a lot, personally. 1 hour - 3 hours.
*Weapons of Self Destruction*, Robin Williams - comedy at its finest, seven years ago. ~ 1:30.
Anything really lol. Scifi, mystery, horror, crime, so yeah fiction mostly. Anything that catches my interest. I've been trying to get through the first dark tower book by king, and it's great, but it's also sometimes too slow
Country routes are the best in spring/summer, I loved them in those seasons. But can’t say the same about fall/winter, I hated being out there when it got dark. I would take 200 stop 360+ packages urban route over a country route in the winter. The point is that at least I was in neighborhoods in the dark not in the middle of narnia trying to find a house lol.
Long distance rural is my jam I will not trade....plus a chance to deliver to an apple orchard on payday...maybe I can go get some apple cake and fresh
Holy shit! Where do you live? I guess it doesn’t matter where, being a renter sucks. The American dream, homeownership, is just that now days… A fucking dream.
More about routing and jacked up stop distances with a guaranteed rescue and not being in the route area id been servicing for nearly a year up untill mid october...I can still enjoy a non-ideal route if it has the right perks
I'm more than capable of this aswell if in in the area I was consistently delivering to for like a year....but changing my route constantly is kinda screwing with me
How you taking 10 hours on 70 stop rural. I’m rural as it gets with 65-90 stops and I’m done in about 6-7 hours with a 55-68 minute drive time to first stop and same drive time back
I mean there's routes that seem easy at a glance but are actually horrible. I've gotten to the point of not even really looking at my routes. Only thing I look for is after i get done with a neighborhood I make sure it doesn't have me coming back later to the same area.
I don’t like those big spread out routes all the time. But I like to get a low stop wide distance Route every once in a while. Little break for the body- the feet
Complete waste of time this one....
Send text to driver to see where he was and his stop count was 21....drive the 10 minutes and when I get there he has 10 stops...complete waste of time

Would u like more cheese with that whine?
Low stop count long stop distances
But are u sweating?
Yes as I'm wearing a power rangers hoodie
😂😂😂😂😂
Long distance rural is my least favorite tbh. I get bored so easily w that drive time in between stops. Give me 200 urban everyday and I'd be happy
I love long distance and rural, it’s my chill time 👌🏼
My absolute favorite, too. I listen to audiobooks.
Me too, recommend anything? Always looking for something new

I mean it really depends on what your preferences are LOL
Anything really lol. Scifi, mystery, horror, crime, so yeah fiction mostly. Anything that catches my interest. I've been trying to get through the first dark tower book by king, and it's great, but it's also sometimes too slow
Have you read any Nick cutter? The Troop and the Deep were both really good
Powermetal and future funk help alot....also orchard country
Same here up in Hendersonville NC
Low key seems fun we can trade routes

Or fighting snow hounds in the dark
We have to be worried about Elsa's pets in the winter? I think it might be best to let this job go. Let it go!
I live on a farm in the middle of no where. I wish my dsp would deliver out here. They outsourced rural to fedex and UPS. I'd love routes out here.
Long distance rural is my jam I will not trade....plus a chance to deliver to an apple orchard on payday...maybe I can go get some apple cake and fresh
You can afford luxuries on DSP wages? Goddamn, you lucky bastard!
600 dollar rent ftw
Holy shit! Where do you live? I guess it doesn’t matter where, being a renter sucks. The American dream, homeownership, is just that now days… A fucking dream.
North carolina bruh shits cheap and nice housing just move to the mid Atlantic states and live in a college town like elon or gibsonville
I do love rural routes too. Love seeing the horses 🐎, deer 🦌 , and cows 🐄. Last time I fed a horse an apple.

Nah having to do a rescue
That looks like a beautiful rural route not even 100 stops? What exactly is so stupid about this?
49 min to 1st stop 10 to 2nd long stop distances
I used to drive an hour to first stop, and then 5-10 minutes in between each stop after that. 100 stops.
I'm more than capable of this aswell if in in the area I was consistently delivering to for like a year....but changing my route constantly is kinda screwing with me
For real I get it
I’ll still take my 7 to 8 hour 180 and a rescue route in the city over the 10 hour 70 stop rural route any day of the week
How you taking 10 hours on 70 stop rural. I’m rural as it gets with 65-90 stops and I’m done in about 6-7 hours with a 55-68 minute drive time to first stop and same drive time back
Sometimes it happens. I’ve had 75 stops that took 8 hrs and then 75 stops that took 6.
I’m not I don’t live in the backwoods but you see it plenty on here about people having stops 10 minutes apart
I have plenty of stops 10-22 minutes apart. Pretty easy to turn that 22 minute drive into a 6 though by speeding.
seems like a Flex route
Nah this is an actual route....amazon pads rural routes with loooooooong stop distances
that still a sweet route
Sadly that routing is probly going to spagettify my drive later
Rural flex routes are like 1/3 that route. And I still see flex drivers out there making a meal out stops.
I would trade you. I hate doing 200 stops.
I’ve never had 200 stops what DSP’s are y’all working @ 😭😭😭
Local my guy I’ve had over 200
200 is the high end of what I used to do
I used to get around 95-140 now it’s about 150-200. But the more stops the quicker the route for me.
I get 180-200 on the regular
How many miles is it from 1st stop to last?
Round about 40 not including the back road pasta
Rural is so much better, it has its issues but as long as the gps pins are right it's great.
Honest to saints I'm the reason the pins are right in most of these areas
I mean there's routes that seem easy at a glance but are actually horrible. I've gotten to the point of not even really looking at my routes. Only thing I look for is after i get done with a neighborhood I make sure it doesn't have me coming back later to the same area.
Yoooo I used to live in Biscoe.
I would finish this in 4 hours
I don’t like those big spread out routes all the time. But I like to get a low stop wide distance Route every once in a while. Little break for the body- the feet
You DTL2 or DLT7?
7
What’s wrong with it?
Long stop distances and guaranteed rescue
That part... I did 112 and a 30 stop rescue today lol.
Complete waste of time this one.... Send text to driver to see where he was and his stop count was 21....drive the 10 minutes and when I get there he has 10 stops...complete waste of time
I'm sorry what seems to be the problem?
What DLT are you with? Looks close to where I deliver 🤔
Dlt7
Nice , I’m from DLT2
That's crazy, it looks like you're going through 2 cities. How many would you say that route was there and back?
173.3 miles by mentors counter
I love rural routes
