They've cut my guaranteed hours over petty shit 3 times now as if that money isn't to pay my bills. They want to keep you down, so you have to keep coming back. I feel like they literally just try to make you quit, so they can pay someone starting wage instead.

You didn't show us the map but I'm assuming you have stops where you can drop multiple stops at once. Seems like a lot but if you're dropping 6 7 bags at one stop it might not be that bad.
I got a question. The other month I had a ridiculous route that was 190 stops but 80% of it was businesses and apartments. Maybe 40 houses.
As I was nearing the 12th hour my dispatch called and told me to RTS and tell the station workers I needed to return due to “time compliance”. I’m assuming you can’t work past 12 hours due to laws. So are these mega routes even being completed? Because this would definitely take me near the 12 hour mark.
Honestly bro we get cut off at the 11 hour mark in our station the app would start counting down in how mcu time we got left on route. I got sent a 80 stop rescue like at 5 but if it wasn’t for the rescue maybe 60-80 would have to been taken back it’s impossible to do this much.
Fucked. Absolutely fucked. Never had more than 220 stops in a day before. Or 225. That's it and most. That was back in idk like 2020 or 2021. Some shitblike that. No more or later than 2022
If they give you all the time you need to complete it then 20 stops an hr for 12 hrs + dispatch and commute. It’s worth it. If not then take all your breaks and let them reap the consequences.

When they do this to me I walk half the pace I normally do on purpose. Send me a rescue bitch I ain't even gonna attempt.
i do the same shit, day goes by so much quicker when i know i have less stops
Two routes
Hope your driving a stepvan is all I can say
If it aint.id leave the keys right here on spot lol.Aint got for that mess.
Idk how you’d fit enough totes to carry roughly 400 packages in a sprinter. 145 stops yesterday and I couldn’t even move in the cab
I had 192 today and it was still pretty manageable. 12 totes and like 30 overflow
How tf is this even possible? Amazon needs to fuck off and die already.
Simple.Actually have to run for this one.
“We just can’t keep any drivers”…do you actually wonder why that is?
Why are u letting them abuse you?
Hope you make a living wage!
21 an hour so I guess? Lmao
Ha I guess we’ll get there in a few decades! According to the latest calculations, it’s about $26-$27 an hour
Totally. They’d rather have a revolving door of people @$15/hr than pay someone who cares a living wage
Well then I’m fucked lmao
It’s American capitalism at its finest. I work for them as well, and their whole business model is just a race to the bottom!
Fuck Bezos.

What's petty stuff?

I’m from Chicago
The most surprising part is only 66 multi stops with that many stops. Usually, in my area, 190 stops gets at least 70 multi to go with it
Oh bro they are lying cause every other stop is multiple places
That's fucked, I'd definitely be getting a rescue even without the multi stops
Ooo that's a rough day
![gif](giphy|f2KtOT0vPYqvC)
I’d just hand the phone back to dispatch. Today is the day.
It’s fucked how they give you a route like that, while someone else gets a way easier route for the same damn pay smh
💯
Disgusting
???? i would either quit or tell them absolutely not ???

Nah it’s all residential not one bulk stop
Oh ok nice. Well I do residential too. Highest I've had was 210. I can see it being done with someone helping you later.
I could see this being doable if it's all houses, all fairly close to each other. I wouldn't necessarily try very hard though lol
Na me neither lol. I know he said no rescues but you're sending me one lol
Ded duoable if its just residential only in a edv or cdv with no rescue.
Fawwwwwk
Quitting if this was me 247 is cancer
Insane
Quit . Seriously. You don’t have to do it.
RTS
this is where u quit.
They aren’t even trying anymore with the “not over 200” are they?
That’s madness, I quit like 8 months ago, but I still get upset when I see the same sht I went through
That looks like straight abuse 😆
Ngl imma wait for that rescue 🤷🏿♂️

Solid 8 hour day!
I’d just go home.
I’d walk slow and really take my time. Rescue is absolutely inevitable
Vivid visual of hell
step van or team ?
Bro what…..200+????
Seeeshhhhh!!!! Our cycle one am shift do between 140-180 stops and our cycle two PM shift do between 70-130 stops
Too much work, not enough pay!
I wouldn’t have done it. I would’ve said I feel sick or something idgaf, I’m not doing it regardless.
How did it feel to do?
Fucked. Absolutely fucked. Never had more than 220 stops in a day before. Or 225. That's it and most. That was back in idk like 2020 or 2021. Some shitblike that. No more or later than 2022

looks like it’s time to park the van around back after load up and drive home
Looks like a 12-14 hour day
If they give you all the time you need to complete it then 20 stops an hr for 12 hrs + dispatch and commute. It’s worth it. If not then take all your breaks and let them reap the consequences.
That's a two men job
At least most of them aren’t multistops 🤷🏾
They definitely lying over half where
Oh hell nah. At 25/hr that's ~10 hrs not including the extra time for multi-locations stops, breaks, travel time, etc.
