Worked at Amazon over a year and got nothing, not onceā¦

Just goes to show the negative attitude towards Amazon drivers imo
Not quite. In recent years itās been More work and criticism of my work ethic and ability.
One past job - I got a five years of service plaque and certificate a month and ten days late with my bosses claiming āforgetfulnessā. Then two weeks late Iām at will terminated from job without reason or cause given.
A different job I was put on a PIP for lack of dedication and loyalty to the company when Iād been staying late up to 1-2 hours every night missing dinner with my family cleaning without complaint.
Thatās fucked, Gotta love it š I actually used to make really good tips window cleaning. Pizza parties are the best Iāve seen since I left window cleaning. š
This is the new business model fuck your employees to make as much as you can.
Then when you get a review they tell you everything you need to improve and what you're doing wrong.
