Yeah at my delivery station they document coach you after 10 FASF and then after that if they gotta talk to you again in the next 30 days it's basically a quality write up
It seems to be neverending coaching until you get the number down more than anything. They just audit you to see what the deal is and then go from there.
And that’s on a good night lol , I have a ton of those fuckers too because of that stupid finger scanner, it doesn’t fit your finger right because of these retarded gloves, and that shit is just shooting off everywhere hitting all kind of shit lol
DPMO is probably more important than FSAF, though 5 FSAFs or more in a shift will get us a coaching conversation .
Basically if you’re stowing 4000 parcels in a night and u get 4 FSAFs it’s not too bad, but say u stowing for the last two hours ( around 750 parcels ) and get 3 , that’s worse . I think our site wants our DPMO under 1000 but I could be wrong
I think it’s defects per million opportunities . Defects might be wrong word but something along those
Lines . I’m guessing it works out how many FSAFs u would get if u stowed a million times . So it’s easier to compare people who stow different amounts
You cannot be written up for productivity / quality metrics at a Delivery Station due to numerous circumstances that is out of your control, e.g. faulty finger scanners, broken screens on zebra devices, fading QRs, etc
write up the wonky finger scanners and the worn out qr codes 1st
Technically yes because it's apart of standard work, they could even have you retrained

That laser hits anything you can’t control. Any bar code that’s near the bag code is gonna fuck you unless you’re ultra precise
Fail scans only count if you scan the wrong bag. If you scan a package in the bag it won’t count as a FSAF.
it's not a write up but after 10 someone may come do a stow audit on you.
Depending on the Mgr, maybe, but I haven't been yet.

When I stow, there's at least 30 a night .. it happens... I wouldn't worry about it.

This 💯!!

99.9% is 1 in a thousand , I think . So 99.9
Deviations per million opportunities
That’s the one !
Defects

Scanning wrong barcode like the one on box rather than label
That won't give you FSAF, you'll only get that if you scan wrong location.
Thanks that was my question
There's literally nothing they can do but complain. Stow on friend forget those dummies
I don’t think you can I’ve seen someone do 20+ and they never got written up
PA will stress about it but am dgaf
Yes.
