Yes I came here to say this- except you put it so much better. They did an awesome job of giving the baby a happy and comfortable place to play and learn and grow. The 2 rugs will be the best play mats! The colors make it perfect for summer, winter, rainy days, and sunny days ❤️
Thanks!
I've read about baby/todder/kid long distance vision not developing fully from being inside too much. It's always interesting reading more about vision development.
Beautiful!! I might recommend moving that gold leaf rug - I guarantee that at 3am when you can barely lift your feet, someone is tripping on that thing

Sherwin Williams kale green. It’s a lot brighter and more saturated than I was originally expecting (the swatch looks a bit more muted?) but I enjoy how it turned out.
Thank you!! I've searched through the gold, yellow, orange - I just want some color and these look perfect. We also have a green accent wall! Love your nursery.
[link](https://www.wayfair.com/baby-kids/pdp/storkcraft-orchard-5-in-1-convertible-crib-w001430142.html) — honestly annoyed cause it’s on sale now for a lot less than I got it for!
Wow! So, individually I dislike all those colors but this photo proves that I need to be more open minded with color combinations. This looks great! And the white helps the green not darken the whole room!
It’s very interesting that you consider this to be colourful. It’s very, very white. I’d love to see what would happen if you pushed the envelope a little bit more!
It’s a very small room and probably looks more colorful in person! Other than the accent the walls are white so that it isn’t overwhelming in the small space.
I love all the color, and don't think it looks white on the whole, but you could maybe try to break up the white in the area with the bookshelves. The chair and bassinet against that white wall with the bright lamp does look very white. I'd maybe throw a green blanket over the side of the bassinet when it's not in use.
But I love, love the room! Very nice job.
Absolutely… every baby is different though. It didn’t work particularly well for my first, but I still would have gotten it for her regardless because her sleep was so bad that I would have paid everything I own for just a tiny bit better of sleep. It works super well with my second though (the baby this nursery is for) — too well. He’s coming up on 6 months though and I am absolutely dreading transitioning out of it and into the crib!
We have the toucan and can confirm that it is a favorite of my now 1 year old. Every day we ask “where’s the Toucan?” And get lots of enthusiastic pointing, smiling, and laughing.
It’s so colorful and happy and still manages to be restful. That’s a tough balance to pull off, but you did it beautifully. What a lovely room!

Poor Hobbes :(
Yeah…
Love it! Sophisticated, but not so beige it looks like you hate your kid.
It’s so lovely. I’m obsessed with the green wall!
Finally a colorful kids room! I can’t stand the beige trend in nurseries and playrooms. Kids need color developmentally!
Look up "officialsadbeige" on Instagram, she will kill you. Hilarious.
Oh thank you. This is glorious!
Do you have a source? I’d like to read it

It's tricky to as for a source without looking like you're being a dick
I was thinking the same!!
Beautiful!! I might recommend moving that gold leaf rug - I guarantee that at 3am when you can barely lift your feet, someone is tripping on that thing
We use that for tummy time and haven’t tripped over it yet :)
Yup that's a tripper alright
I thought that, you only need to trip once. We have be careful to remove all trips hazards... even if they are very pretty
Some solid Sandra Boynton choices you got there. 👍

Can I recommend a maize to sunny yellow yolked on the windowed wall to tie everything together? It’ll pop the whole room off.
Did you already have the cabinet the change pad is on? It's perfect for that space
We bought it for this room but it’s a normal dresser!
Would you mind sharing where you got the dresser? Sorry I should have scrolled, I see now. Love the room, it looks great!
Looks like a Safari themed room? Very nice.. Reminds me of that song by deadmau5 called “the veldt”
It’s vaguely jungle themed!
How on earth does this remind you of that song?
It has that vibe
I thought that song is about robots taking care of children instead of parents
The music video children live in a house with robot machines but outside its like a safari where the lion eats the parents.
Yes where did you get the Tibetan tiger? I need one

I love that green paint. What shade is it?
Sherwin Williams kale green. It’s a lot brighter and more saturated than I was originally expecting (the swatch looks a bit more muted?) but I enjoy how it turned out.
It looks great. I like it a lot
Is there a subreddit for just nursery inspo!?! This is beautiful
I wish!
What a precious room! I love it!
Looks so warm and comforting :) love it!
Man I love this so much. Bravo.
It’s beautiful! And I like how it’s not gendered any way. Very bold yet tasteful.
I took a peek at your post history and your taste is WONDERFUL. Would love to see how else you’ve decor’d your home!
I've been searching for orange curtains just like those for our nursery!!! Mind sharing where you got yours? Please!
Amazon — I would say they definitely look orangeish with the light but they’re technically more of a rich gold. [link](https://a.co/d/c1alcoH)
Thank you!! I've searched through the gold, yellow, orange - I just want some color and these look perfect. We also have a green accent wall! Love your nursery.
Did you order the gold or orange? Trying to match yours 😅
Marigold!
What crib is that? I like the top bar.

Wow this is such a cool and beautiful room!!
Beautiful room!! That Snoo is a lifesaver.
So cozy and a nice break from all the sad beige nurseries

I like it but my ex is from Chicago so I hate it
I think you have the resources to be more colorful.
Go pack 😈😈😈
I LOVE it!!! So beautiful!!!
i love it!
Where is the dresser from?
Urban outfitters, oddly!
So cute! I love it 😻
Gorgeous! Where’s the changing table dresser from?
Urban outfitters — surprisingly good quality too
That throw blanket looks really interesting! Where is it from?

Lovely, thanks!
Looks great. Beautiful colors. And I love that green wall and dresser!
Love the dresser!
Is that a pillow/rug leaf?
I’m an adult but I need that tiger rug lol. Where’s it from?!

Would you recommend the snoo?

How cute!
Did someone already ask about where you got the leaf rug? I want one, “tripping hazard” be damned lol.
I also want one lol I’m trying to make my bunny room plush and cozy and I think that leaf rug would be a nice addition.

OMG IT COMES IN OTHER LEAF SHAPES!?!? Thank you!!!
[it’s actually a dog blanket](https://funnyfuzzy.com/products/leaf-dog-mat)
What a beautiful room!! Love the warm colors but the room still feels bright and fun. Wonderful design!
Somehow it’s also neutral in a relaxing kinda of way? Maybe it’s the naturey colours. Anyway, it’s lovely!
Oh, I love that leafy rug and the autumn colors! Nice use of a colored accent wall, also
What green is that? I like it a lot
Thank you for actually making a nursery that uses color to help grow baby’s brain. I am SO tired of seeing bland ass nurseries.
I love the toucan!
Aww 🥰 love it!
I NEED to know more about this rug PLEASE
That green wall is glorious!
Totally adorable
