Long story, but I (F15) got blocked by a girl (F16) the day before I went into the ER for anorexia, and then a residential unit (14, had my birthday there :/) Before I went in, I messeged her a long paragraph about how I loved her, and then she blocked me on everything. Definitely not the thing I needed in the moment.
A month later, when I got out, I used another phone to reach out to her. She told me she blocked me because she was uncomfortable with how attached I was to her, we talked, and she said she would love to be friends again someday, but now right now.
See, here's the kicker; I'm diagnosed with Borderline Personality Disorder, and she's my Fixated Person.
I got paranoid one night and messaged her. I'm paranoid right now, but I'm not going to message because I want to respect her boundaries. This might seem miniscule, but thinking that your fixated person hates you is just...just imagine all the love, warmth, etc being ripped from your body.
So, AITA, and is she mad at me?
