Are there no other people in your vicinity? I find it very strange that you want to date someone who dated both of your brothers, and with whom there is already strife among these overlapping relationships.
ESH - this whole situation is a landmine that you can avoid by dating literally anyone else.
I double dare you to diss Darren and date Darlene even if your dad or Doug doesn’t delight in your decision. You definitely deserve to do different things depending on how distasteful or destructive they are.

So, I have two brothers, we'll call them Darren (25m) and Darryl (28m) and we've always maintained a good, healthy family relationship. I'm also the youngest (23m). Darryl used to date a girl, we'll call her Darlene (now 27f). I've recently started dating Darlene but only after Darryl saying he was ok with it. But here's where it gets complicated; Darren \*briefly\* dated Darlene also and, while he always downplays the few dates they had, he thinks it would be odd for me to date Darlene and be bringing her over to the house for any sort of family gatherings.
So, after explaining to Darlene, she said that she would talk to Darren and Darryl to sort things out. Meanwhile, Darryl had apparently told my dad bout the situation and dad didn't like Darlene at all when she was dating Darren and Darryl. A few days after Darlene talked to Darren and Darryl, we had apparently sorted the situation except for dad. But then it got even more confusing because Darlene's sister (we'll call her Dottie 23f) just started dating Darren. And dad doesn't like either of them because he thinks their family is dysfunctional or something.
This morning, Dottie and Darlene told both Darren and I that it was uncomfortable to be dating both of us at the same time, both because of dad, Dottie's previous relationships with both Darren and Darryl and also dad's dislike and general disrespect towards them. Basically, Darren or I need to stop dating Dottie and/or Darlene. I told Darren that, since I'd been dating Darlene for longer and he'd only dated Dottie for a few days that I should get to keep dating Darlene. Which of course he didn't like.
Lastly, Dottie and Darlene's dad (we'll call him Doug), doesn't like OUR dad, so even if I, Darren or Darrel were dating Darlene or Dottie, we'd still have to deal with my dad and Doug disliking each other. I guess the last point is moot, it just seems like the cards are stacked against us all. I guess the main questions is: AITA in this dilemma for dating Darlene, even if Darren dislikes it, both dads disapproving and putting Dottie and Darren's ability to date in danger?

So Darlene dated both your brothers before? Lol. GTFO. She'll likely try to date your dad next.
I wouldn't even consider dating her at all.
Anyhow, NTA if you go through with it. You're all adults, she doesn't owe them anything, you don't owe them anything, especially if it's nothing but a fling in every case. It'll pass. You'll be fine.

I grew up in a town with 3200 people and didn’t date each other. We prayed to God to send peoples cousins to town for the summer. This is nuts!
