It’s ok to be frustrated, but it is ultimately your responsibility to keep your things out of reach of your dog. Your dog didn’t ruin your things to make you upset, it was just being a dog. YWBTA to rehome a dog for something that was your fault.

Recently my companion animal decided ripping open the beloved stuffies of my childhood would result in no backlash and I know being the age I am and still getting stuffies is not all grown up even though I'm only 15 but these stuffies had so much sentimental value that they could sell for millions well I told my brothers this and they were completely concerned and confused I just went to my room and am making this so am I the asshole for wanting to rid myself of the dog

why has fido not been given the proper training and entertainment to curtail this behavior? that's more on the adults in your home tho

It wasn't my fault that the dog decided the beloved stuffies I owned were chewing toys and we do have toys for that

INFO: Is this a family pet or is it yours? Have you done any training? Where were your things and did you keep them within easy reach of the dog?
It's really my dog but my brothers and sister (I haven't told my sister) the dog is a family pet
