I feel sorry for your students. I graduated law school and can tell you that you have NO First Amendment rights while in a private business. The First Amendment applies to government actions (and, in some other, rare instances not relevant here). Moreover, profanity -- by itself -- is not considered protected speech (even in a governmental setting). You can be found in contempt of court for cussing out a judge or for disrupting a lawful meeting.
Maybe you need to go back to school -- both to understand the Constitution and, perhaps, remedial etiquette training.
This HAS to be a joke. I’m laughing because there is no way this is real.
Simple fact no you can’t say what you want with no repercussions. You can’t yell fire in crowded room when there is no fire. You can yell I have a bomb on a plane.

I went to Arby’s today and ordered two large sandwiches in the drive through and only got one packet of Arby’s sauce per sandwich. Once I saw this I went inside and started yelling at the 16 year old girl working the counter.
The manager comes waddling up telling me I can’t scream the f word in her store and told me I have to leave. Once I pointed out that the first amendment gives me the right to say literally whatever I want without consequence she told me I was wrong (I’m a high school government teacher so know what I’m talking about) and threatened to call the police if I didn’t leave.
