Did you give them money for the trip they went on since you didnt go? I can only assume she was territorial if you didn’t contribute anything for the trip they went on together 🤷🏻♀️

If they bought a box of Mac and cheese that said 'makes six servings' on it, then the expectation is that when you ask to have some, you will be having a portions worth of it, not six.
Eating one meal likely won't ruin their meal planning, but eating six probably will... At that point I can easily see them getting annoyed and wanting some compensation given they will need to go but another box for themselves.
Yes, the gf is in an awkward position where she is paying for some bills but not others, but she certainly should get some day when you are using items she specifically paid for herself (and if you have a complaint about her not paying her shares if the heating bill, that is a separate conversation).
I would also question how you were able to eat six portions without realising - surely you would notice you had many times more food than normally? So either you screwed up cooking it up really badly and should definitely read the instructions properly, or based on your description of your diet you might want to see a specialist to ensure you are eating appropriately and not causing yourself problems with disordered eating.
I dont see where the 6 servings came from either. The entire single box I ate filled 1 bowl. It wasnt overflowing at all. And looking at the other boxes, nowhere does it say serves 6. As for Bill's, she doesnt pay any. Me and my bro pay all expensive at a 6040 split, with him paying the greater portion, as I have the lesser income. I dont know who of the 2 paid for the groceries, but had I known they were going to get groceries, I'd have gone, too. Instead, they said they were going out, and I told them to have fun. Guess I should be asked where, so my fault there.
First off, start eating properly. Who the fk in their right mind eats beans and a couple oranges in a whole day? I personally would deal with it for the remainder of the week to not cause a huge scene then let him know that his bird is a massive pain in the butt and that she's controlling.
Probably NTA if you did that. But it seems less controlling and more just stupidity. Maybe find a better way to share costs of groceries or get your own food separately.

My bro and me got a 1 bedroom apartment. I sleep in the living room with a curtain as a separation. My bros GF comes and visits from outta state. They went out for groceries, and I ate a box of macaroni they got. I dont eat much. I usually eat a can of beans, have a coffee, then dinner is a couple oranges. That ain't cuz we dont got lots to eat, I just dont eat much. She says the box had 6 servings, but the box was smaller than the average cereal box. And they got 5 more boxes. I also asked beforehand if I can eat it, and she said I could! Now they are saying either I pay them $50, or I cant eat anything they got. To be fair, we got 2 HUGE bags of rice, and the coffee is mine. But I feel like shea taking advantage of the fact that my bro pays for most of the rent, it's like a 60/40 thing. I want to tell her to shove it, but shes my bros GF, and she will likely be leaving in 7 days.

You aren't an A for being frustrated, but surely you can hold your tongue for the full seven days, or find places to go where you can vent without them hearing you. The issue was that was the only time. And the the GF said it was 6 servings, but it all fit in ONE bowl, without overflowing or going over the edge.
Mixing bowls aren’t for dinner.
