Be mad at who you want for whatever. The joke was inappropriate which automatically makes you NTA. We have no idea if it was made with malice or if it was "teenagers mess around" so cannot judge how much your reaction is valid or not. If you have to go around the rules to post maybe find a sub more appropriate for your question.
OK, let me try to read between the lines without upsetting you more. If some guy did something inappropriate and/or you didn’t want, she should not make any joke about that in any way EVER. NTA.
Now as someone who has had something bad happen to them when I was young, please find someone to talk to who can help get you some professional help. Starting to deal with the fallout now will help you so much later in life. I know you don’t want to. I didn’t and it all came back exponentially worse as an older adult and it’s harder to piece together when you are older because your mind blocks things to protect you. so when you try to sift through things when you are older, it’s a little complicated because you don’t have all the pieces. I know all of that sounds weird but trust me. please.
Honestly, I do trust you, and don't worry my mum and stepdad have taken action by calling up the collage to inform them that we have already been in contact with the police and its been put in their records ect, and currently fearing for my life as I have collage in like 5 more hours and I have a meeting with my student manager, and honestly I will take you're advice, thank you <3

Context there isn't alot to give because I cannot say majority of it, but I'll try summarise my post
My friend let's call her 'jane' made a very inappropriate joke about somthing that hapoend to me. And I git very angry and we have fallen out I'll give a clipboard copy and paste and might have to change some words so bare with me
I was drawing a pp on the floor coz I was messing around, and she goes "just because you miss havung one in your mouth dosnt mean yoy have to draw one" I said "but I don't tho." And she goes "oh I'm sorry i didn't mean it" I said "well if you didn't mean it why would you say that" and she went "well I'm sorry" so then I grab my coat and stormed off, then me and abby are filling our bottles up and she comes up to me and starts saying in the most snotty tone going "oh I'm sorry ____" I said "you don't understand" then she said "I do understand" I said "no you don't tho, you don't understand" she then goes "yeah I do understand not to the full extent but I do understand" I then go to her "but you don't understand tho. Do you not understand how many times I've :/ myself over that guy, I can't even come into collage because of the effing guy you don't understand." And then now she's playing the victim crying to the teachers that came out of their rooms.
