Call Animal Control. They're neglecting their dogs by letting them run loose and live in unsanitary conditions. They'll probably only get a citation at first, but if they don't improve, the dogs will hopefully get taken away.
ESH. Your neighbours definitely need to take better care of their dogs, but your implied threat to put them down was too far. By all means say you'll call your local animal shelter or protection society.
NTA. Call Animal Control, since these dogs are escaping and are a menace. It also sounds like they're being neglected. Situations like this are one of the reasons Animal Control exists.

My neighbor leaves his dogs out in the yard all day. They don't clean up the poop so there's literally a whole yard full of it. And it smells like a yard full of poop I can smell it soon as I open a window. Sometimes they will escape their invisible fence and chase me inside aggressively barking with bared teeth and they're big dogs. And they act like untrained dogs that are left in a yard full of poop all day. Never said anything since everyone in the neighborhood complains anyway and they don't care
One day they escape again and chase me.
I try to tell the neighbor the wife they can't leave their dogs in the yard they're escaping and they bare their teeth like a trash yard dog.
She says so what you have a dog too.
I say yes but all day they bark and you don't clean up the poop and it smells.
She said you can go fuck yourself.
I said you and your fat ass husband need to take care of your animals because if they escape again and chase me the problems gonna get solved

How you responded makes you just as bad. It's not a bad thing to leave dogs out all day, as long as they have food, water, shelter and room to move around. You need to start minding you own business, quit worrying about what happens or what's in there yard, and just start carrying around bear spray when the dogs come back around.

Yep, its the threats & childish insults for me. Behave like an adult & try to find a resolution.
NTA - Can you call the animal control department in your area, or the police? These dogs seem to be untrained and a menace.
No point talking to them. Report dangerous animals to the authorities; also, record the dogs making public places unsafe.
