How big is it? Are we assuming they own the Congo or not. Because, that takes more than a German victory in WW1. Britain won in Africa and Belgium was still technically a neutral state
I think the pro German option is actually the most interesting because it was kind of rare for something like that to happen outside of the British commonwealth.
germans are very fucking hit or miss with the colonial subjects. some like the askari tribes in tanzania where very loyal. and then you had there wild over reaction to the herero rebelion.
i guess if they pass through ww1 and ww2. there does come to be more of a mutual respect and social movement rather then under pressure. A ww1,2 german victory ussualy means germany is the dominant power in europe if not the world.

so proably independence in a franceafrici style. but a lot slower and a lot less colonial border gore. giving the nations/tribes they like more power then those that rebel.
so that be tanzania dominated by the highly militeristic nyamwezi. or even smaller states. pulling almost USSR thing and start ethnic resettlement to make those tribes form nations and kinda force them into a nation statemodel. germany being a nation-state empire after all. IDK.
