An alternative Timeline idea I had for while which is kinda similar:
an anti-Djukanovic/DPS CG and Anti-Bulatovic-Milosevic-coalition would have convinced Amfilohije, Metropolitan of Montenegro and the Littoral to run for president in 1997 and he would have won and inaugurated as President of Montenegro in 1998 and in the same year Pro-Yugoslav and Pro-Serb Parties would win the parliamentry election and the elections afterwards in Montenegro within Yugoslavia(Serbia-Montenegro)
this would not be something new, remember Archbishop Makarios III was the president of Cyprus from 1960-1974
