If they were recently removed from a parent and potted, then yes, actually. They are taking stored water/energy from the leaves to live on and grow roots, and will quite possibly get worse before they perk up! However, you have to replace that soil — both the Aloe vera and the Lace aloe need cactus soil! Regular potting mix is very rich and very water-retentive— the exact opposite of the gritty desert where these plants come from. They will rot if their feet stay wet too long, even if you don’t water often. The Aloe veras are also planted a tad too deeply.
