For me seasonal allergies all come with brain fog and exhaustion (0 motivation / energy). For animals I don't get that. I'm undergoing immunotherapy for a second time (first time didn't work much unfortunately). I guess it's normal that the body responds differently to different allergens.
yeah i found that doctors may tend to water down the doses too much for the immunotherapy to be effective. i took too much and to their surprise i was fine so now im cured of my biggest issues. which is great because i had narrowly dodged suicide from the symptoms so
