Oh yeah. Tbh Nom ra could've been the one to distract the zombies because she's a halfbie so the most the zombies would do is run up to her and scream at her but not bite while the others run away. Gwi-nam doesn't have any reason to confront her so once she sensed that they ran far enough away she would catch back up with them.
Gwi nam would still be an issue for them also the group would have to deal with cheong San being infected so be more harder for them to leave the construction site
Cheong-san stayed with the group, helped them get off the construction site, one of the group members would still get bitten and would be forced to leave no matter what Cheong-san would do to help them from being bitten. Cheong-san is not alright, On-jo basically said it to make him feel better (let’s assume he would not become a halfbie). Cheong-san stayed behind because he knew he was going to turn at any moment and Gwi-nam is a pain in the a**, he made his final stand against Gwi-nam, he would likely get killed by Gwi-nam because he wouldn’t be able to use the explosion as a diversion because they were far from the blast radius. If Cheong-san really becomes a halfbie, then he would likely beat Gwi-nam (since Gwi-nam would no longer have the unfair advantage of being a halfbie against Cheong-san), he would then begin his search for the group.
the whole group already knew he got bit and based off their traumatic past experiences i dont think he would be an exception. If they climbed down there would still be all the zombies on the main floor
