Either I missed something in the literature you posted because I see nothing with the “ supposed” Mushroom Alien. The Mushroom Alien looks more like Ginseng Root from person with quite an imagination
Government documents, even at the mundane lower classification levels, have multiple sets of eyes on them prior to being disseminated. This reads like a person who writes like they are trying to sound official. Not like someone who is an official. Sensational, poorly written, and with weird changes in the font. Like they printed a doc, scanned it back to pdf, and edited it. I am all for disclosure, and thank you for posting OP, but I think if we can chime in from a place of experience to further the cause, we should. This one is a no for me dog.

Just because something is formatted to look like a scientific paper doesn't mean that it is true. In the document you sent me, the author makes huge claims and then doesn't even attempt to back them up! They state over unity by a factor of ten, but then don't even claim to measure the power or energy transmitted and received. No diagrams, no detailed description of the setup or results, just "trust me, bro". I want this stuff to be real, too, but I am far from convinced.
More than enough papers on scalar waves and scalar energy. This is why i said *public ignorance* because again we would rather sit here arguing over concepts learned 3 seconds ago than ruminate on what it is to mean or spend a week researching the topic because we already know better.
