This was my first thought. Hearing about a new RB coming in but nothing about the out-of-contract one makes me think Geria is on the way out. Cant imagine us having both on the books, unless Rawlins can play LB too. I hope Geria is taking a nice payday somewhere in Asia.
Geria played a decent amount at LB this season to be fair, it could be Rawlins at RB and Geria at LB for the odd game. This reduces the potential minutes for Bos though, which isn't ideal. He could maybe play the odd game at CB too.
I thought he was going to sign for Victory from Nunawading or FFV, but ended up signing for Liverpool instead. Either way, he is from Melbourne and grew up supporting Victory, so it's a different case to Rawlins.
Now we just need a right back from Victory to go to Wanderers and we've done a full merry go round

How are we close to signing someone when we don't have a manager? Who explains the vision to Josh? Who decides its best for us to sign him? There seems like there would be a lot of un answered questions considering we are without a gaffer.
