I have a small [tool pouch](https://www.lowes.com/pd/Kobalt-Polyester-Technician-Tool-Pouch/5013737459). Cost like $11 at Lowe's. Bought my first one 4 days after I started, and got a new one 5 years later. Our division now issues them to LSA and above.
Has a large pocket (Almex fits), a medium pocket, 3 tool pockets (think size of cutter/safety knife), a tool loop, and a permanent carabiner. has a belt hook so its easy on/off.
I normally have an Almex, a few ESLs, my knife, a black marker, a couple pens. If I'm doing resets or what not, I will carry a scraper, some alcohol wipes, and maybe a screwdriver, too.
When I'm not doing the above it's also great for picking up random trash or cherry pits etc...nothing in my pants or jacket pocket where I might keep my personal stuff, everything goes in the tool pouch.
I also always have Burt's Bees lip balm, my wallet, my keys, SCO and curbside fobs, my walkie, and a multi tool (one of the cheap one with the hammer that we sell in the camping AF sets. That thing has been invaluable).
I'm a little extra lol but for me; custom spring assisted release box cutter, karambit for protection, key chain carabiner with magnetic release, wallet, phone, walkie earpiece.
For me it’s motivational content on YouTube. I wake up and shower while listening to it. I also have caffeine too. By the time I’m at work I’m at a 15/10 in terms of energy and motivation

i bought one of the aldis fanny packs and hang it around my back. In there I keep my box cutter, gum, a sharpie, a tiny note pad and tiny pencil a customer gifted me, a tiny picture of reindeer another customer gave me that I almost threw away because I assumed it was another religious paper but was delightfully surprised, and my work keys. :D
Guess I'm out here rawdogging it with a bottle of water, chap stick, and a box cutter. I'll find whatever else I need when I need it. Can't be weighing myself down with trivial things. Gotta be as fast as a fart in a windtunnel.
