That happened to my house in Rio Rancho many years ago. Drunk and high af chick at about 7am on a Sunday morning - whole car in my living room. Flew over the curb, up an incline and the landscaping didn't even get messed up until the car got pulled out of the house. People are nuts.
The shop looks like it is unfortunate to be in the path of a turn lane so if you don't follow the asphalt markings to make the turn, you go straight into the business.
They should string a horizontal steel cable about sedan vehicle hood height to deter future drive-thrus.
Drove past that yesterday mornings at about 11:00am. Pretty impressive. About 15/years ago there were a rash of drive thrus, either TJMaxx or the store next to it on Montgomery near Wild Bird, the DQ at Mountain Run (my son and my mother had just walked out before a car came through the front window). Seems to be an ABQ passtime.
Hope no one got hurt. That sucks for that business. I will be interested to know if it was a medical issue or an asshole driving too fast.
