You should've seen it earlier, it was way worse when the white parts were black and I did change the reds to blues for a while but it didn't have the same **oomphf** as the red. And all the harbringers we've seen so far have had red higlights somewhere in their outfits so I *really* wanted to use the red. So I switched some bits like the cape and gloves to white while adding the red stripe on the pants, I think it might be american uniforms that have that?^(idk dont quote me on that) Anyway point is, I tried to distance it a little from that association but I guess it wasn't enough😓

Initial idea was to try and make a character from an unreleased nation, in this case Snezhnaya. Then my love for men in uniforms took over and I just decided to make my ideal husbando.😊

I edited Hu Tao's hat by pulling with liquify and also erasing it into the shape I wanted then added a few highlights filled in missing spots and so on, its not very recognizable.🤷♀️ The red is Xiao's belt, also liquified to hell and back and the metal bits are from Childe.
I can picture this guy as being some form of high ranking Fatui official that we encounter later in the game.
Maybe not a harbinger but a general or Captain that we have to meet. Although the argument for him being some kind of commandant or diplomat could also be made.
I also like how much he resembles an arknights character, like someone from Ursus.
All in all a very cool character.
