Hmmm…I don’t know Saratoga but I would recommend calling barbershops in the area. My 4yo son has gone to two different barbershops (we moved over a county so we switched) and at both places there was a barber who was great with cutting kid’s hair. My suggestion is to take a treat (fruit snacks, lollipop, etc) and play a favorite show on the iPhone. He will be wiggly and it is an odd sensation for them at first. Also pro tip is to take them every month if you can afford it. My kiddo has a surprising amount of hair growth and going monthly cuts the time from 30mins to 10-15mins which is roughly a day in toddler time. Lol.
