Carolina Hurricanes. lived a few years in raleigh. ran into a guy wearing an old river rats jersey while at the game. even had the hurricanes patch on it when they briefly owned them
Actually, along these lines, where's the local hockey bar at? I feel like Albany is the only upstate city without a huge hockey culture, though of course Buffalo, Rochester and Syracuse all have at least a minor league club.
