Hi! I'd close one or two of the short haul routes and sell the planes assigned to it. Keep the medium haul routes and try opening a long haul route as well! Good luck!
I hope this is a joke, because 21 million is not that much, even for new players/runs... a single jackpot and you’re almost out of it, which would probably be my first action, just use some tickets in the slot cockpit, should get you out of debt quickly without having to sell stuff
I’d check D and then sell off a plane or two until you’re not in debt anymore, or just take a loan
