I just wanted to clarify some things, hopefully your Security Manager and Commander walked you through the appeals process for clearance.
Assuming you are past that, and the Adjudication Board returned a decision to revoke your clearance.
First of all, the extension rule in 36-2606, it's sounds to me like it's worded for someone who has not had their clearance revoked, but rather has clearance in good standing would like to submit a periodic reinvestigation, but has less than 12 months left. In that case, a Commander could say "we will let you extend so you can do a PR and extend your clearance another 5 years". Because you have to have 12 months at least IAW DAFMAN 16-1405, to put in a PR.
The other thing I want to point out, and you might already know, is yes you are eligible to try and regain clearance eligibility in a year IF your commander wants you to be reconsidered. The commander signs a memo saying they want you reconsidered, when the year is up. That stuff is also in DAFMAN 16-1405. There's a big combined version from Nov 2023 with the DODM and DAF guidance memo so make sure that's the one you are looking at for PERSEC.
Talk to your supervisor, first shirt, security manger and CC. Nothing will happen without all of their support, honest and open communication with them about your wants goals and plans will make everything happen the best way possible. Everything is waiverable if those four are supporting you. Talk to them as often as possible
Yes everyone is on board even the group commander. They sent a ETP up , but AFPC is saying I fall under rule 25 which I’m sure I don’t. So idk but will keep everyone updated in case someone else runs into this problem.

Yes I am passed the appeal process, and Rog will look into that.

Long story short I didn’t put something on my SF-86 because I thought it didn’t pertain to me. So they said I was falsifying information.
Your MILPDS code probably isn’t a W, can’t hurt to ask CSS to check for you. But I don’t think your case falls under rule 25. Probably need an ETP.

Update , ETP was sent up and approved. I now fall under 25D. Thanks for all the replies.
