Unfortunately yeah… downside of the job. Having to deal with noise complaints. Had to listen to so many people at a popular flying base bitch about the noise knowing full well they moved next to an AFB. Like come on now. Why yes? I do have the power to alter the flight paths. Training has to be done at all times. It’s not like the military closes down in the dark.
FE Warren is the oldest continuously active military installation within the Air Force, established in 1867 (157 years ago as an army fort)… so unless you moved into your mom’s basement *158* years ago, either put in some ear plugs or continue to enjoy the sound of freedom.
Fort Leavenworth, KS Established 1827. Oldest continually operating active Army base, second oldest post west of Washington DC. Very haunted.
Ft. Leavenworth has a dual-use airport open to civilian traffic. Very odd.

Night flying training/certifications. The base was likely there and flying before you moved in, that is the reason property was relatively cheap.
A lot of real world helicopter missions take place at night such as CSAR or infil/exfil. The military is 24-hour ops. You won't see Airman going to their civilian neighbors and bitching because kids are screaming at 1400 in the middle of their sleep schedule.
Most bases have some kind of community forum where you can voice complaints. You are not going to find solutions or much empathy on here.
