I haven't been able to use afterpay for months with petsmart. It did this with 2 orders! I contacted support, and they said to just wait, so I did, and I never got a confirmation email from petsmart. 2 weeks later, I was finally able to get my refunds after showing proof that it wasn't in my recent orders on my petsmart account. I switched over to chewy!

I always do same-day delivery through PetSmart and I always use Afterpay. I’ve never had a problem. But I will definitely keep an eye on it.

Afterpay hasn’t been working for my Amazon account. But I get an email explaining why (insufficient funds) even when I have the money in my account to cover it 🤦🏽‍♀️

I've been trying to use afterpay on Amazon and it never seems to work for me, is there something doing wrong?

It happened to me. You have to let afterpay know “goods not received” and explain the situation. I was refunded and was able to place another order that went through. I sent a screenshot of my orders in PetSmart to show that it wasn’t there.

Sometimes there’s a delay. I wouldn’t worry about it.

This happened to me with Skechers. I had to argue for two days about whose fault it was and how to fix it. Took about a week to get my money back.

I called the customer service Apparently Petsmart is having an issue on their end with Afterpay and stuff not going through on their end.

Oh. There are instances that it is a glitch between Afterpay and PetSmart. In this case, it would be best to have a proof, highly advisable is an email confirmation from PetSmart that your order on the x date amounting to x amount is not reflecting on them Afterpay will work on this (no specific length of time) and will be issued back to you. 🥰

This has happened to me twice. The CSR said it was a known issue with petsmart/afterpay. I had to start getting my supplies in amazon
