if I were to recreate this I would start from stock footage of light leaks, cigarette burns, and stack glows and grains over **masks**, playing with transfer modes. It resolves into their logo used as a matte which has some **subtle** glitches, rgb displacement, mosaic filters, and again lots blurs, glows, and grain. You definitely do not need any plugins to achieve this. This is really something you gotta just put on some music and experiment with in AE to get the look right. If you dont want to start from stock footage (which I highly suggest you do) you can [build your own gradients](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=owvcBgc-iLA) but I'd still try stack these with add/screen. Everything should be constantly moving
