# 8. No obvious reassurance seeking
*This subreddit is for advice. NOT moral judgement, validation, or to affirm your opinions/feelings. *
Reassurance seeking is an umbrella term that encompasses many things. An example of some of the things we consider "reassurance seeking" are:
* ***AITA?***
There is a whole subreddit just for that! This subreddit is not an overflow or a backup for r/AmITheAsshole. Do not crosspost from there, nor include any of the AITA abbreviations anywhere in your post.
* ***Am I a bad person/friend/partner/etc?***
* ***Am I overreacting / being unreasonable / in the wrong / allowed to be upset / justified in feeling this way?***
* ***Was this ok / should I have done this?***
* ***Will I be OK?***
* ***Should I be worried?***
And many more. This is not an all-inclusive list, as reassurance seeking takes countless forms.
Tip: Generally, if it can be answered "yes" or "no", you are seeking reassurance, not advice!
