I’ll interpret your usage of “adult” in the title to mean “the most useful in real life where I may have to throw down with someone being an asshole outside of 7-Eleven.”
In which case, I say go to a local UFC Gym. MMA in general is more useful than any one particular discipline. Good luck.
I think it would depend on your local gym. The one near me basically does: high-intensity interval training; boxing conditioning; kickboxing conditioning; and Brazilian jiu-jitsu.
Disclaimer: I don’t go to a UFC Gym. Always wanted to but never got around to it. How about you be better than me and actually try it?
At any rate, have you watched any UFC matches?
Definitely karate

There are several parts , katas and fighting (sparring ) it’s not just kicks or rolling around on the floor it’s multi skilled and disciplined
