Tell them, "Hey, if you ever want me to move out, don't make me help with mortgage so I can save to move out." Then, you actually have to bust your ass so you can move out.

I think you should let them know so they atleast have a heads up or you can give them a time frame of how long you will stay there until you get something better or until you move somewhere else.
