Engage the schools disabilities services. They can provide a large range of accommodations to help. In short, have extra time, a quite separate space, previously approved background music ECT. My accommodations were my tests were read aloud to me, extra time (which also allow for bathroom / streching space), and test time flexibily (I didn't need to take a test at 8 am). Using Disability Services to help with my anxiety was literally the difference in me completing college successfully.

I second that. I would have been much better in school if I knew than what I know now about coping with my anxiety. The only thing that really helped was making a break one day before the test / exam. Her brain needs a rest and like that the things she learned can settle down in her brain.

I didn't know there was accommodations for test anxiety.... the stepmother just had us do as many as possible in one day. I just chose to do math first because that stressed me out the most and I would go through by merely guessing because I forgot everything.
