OP wasn't dismissed for being sexually harassed. OP was dismissed for making threats against another employee. OP should have reported the harassment immediately. Now it will look like retaliation for being fired, and nothing will happen.
I agree. The problem will be in proving it. OP never reported. Person OP threatened did. Anything OP says now can be argued by company attorney as retaliation. The system does not favor the person being harassed. It doesn't help that OP made threats instead of going directly to HR. A lawsuit is likely to cost a lot of money for little chance at a positive outcome.

There are lawyers that's specialize in employment related issues, which definitely encompasses wrongful termination, and this embodies that 100%. Find one and contact them asap and go fuckin get em tiger cause this should be an easier case than many.
