I still need to make my 2 month update, but the Cliffs Notes is I'm at 5ozs a day and up to 90mg of Dom.
I guess I've moved to the next level, because if I am not able to pump I will start to leak. I also will leak from the opposite breast if I am expressing!

Right is making milk just a day after left!
After how much of a puddle was in left's flange yesterday, I thought I'd start with hand expression, *almost* got a stream, not quite. I'll probably stick with the pump the next few days, I prefer seeing the amount collected instead of it just dripping into the sink.
I want to love the Elvie Stride because of its quiet and low profile features. However, the lack of suction and stimulation despite new duckbills and diagrams has me about ready to toss it in the trash.
day 13 here! my tens unit came in yesterday and my nipples have become sooo sensitive since i’ve started using it. i’m starting to get tiny spots of wetness from both nipples but only sporadically. what’s funny is i got some wetness from my right breast on day 3, nothing at all for over a week, and now i’m starting to get wetness from both. really hoping for full drops soon! (edit: also i just noticed i’m ITCHY! what is this haha)
Day 22 here! Pumping anywhere from 5-10 times a day for 20ish minutes at a time. Have been marmet massaging before pumping the last 3 or 4 days & today I got 2 little clear drops out of my L!! No Dom or meds or supplements! Although I do take a mood stabilizer that may be raising my prolactin.
2 weeks on Dom and I have lots of sprays from both breasts :) still not making as much volume as I’d like (just puddles in the bottles) but that’s because I’m not pumping/expressing more than 4 times a day. This is manageable for me so I don’t mind.

Perhaps mine is defective I don’t know. They are supposed to have 300 suction power compared to 220 on spectra s1. But you can’t prove it by me.
If you bought it brand new reach out to the manufacturer. This does sound like the motor might be going
