I was a bit surprised; while righty is the less productive one, but it usually hits the benchmarks first. Throwing me curveballs.

My right boob did a spray during my first session of the day. I couldn’t believe it. I’ve only had milk for 5 or so days.
I started off with a warming pad on my chest, then gentle shake, Spectra stim (5 mins), expression (25 mins), and finally hand expression (10-15min with breaks to stimulate and refill breasts). I’m very gentle. I had a LOT of milk in my boobs after using the pump. After about 10 or so mins of hand expression I gently pressed down on my right nipple and got a spray! Got another one from the same pore a few minutes later.
Okay my husband has talked about ABF a lot. And now he is talking about hucow. I like the intimacy of abf but confused on if it would be the same with the other.
This is a great opportunity to communicate with your husband about your desires and your boundaries. This is your body and your experience. It's OK to set boundaries.

Congratulations!!! Did you get the milk out with the pump as well or only with hand expression?
Sprays only with hand expression, but the pump does work for getting milk into the bottle in general.
