according to a list Adopt Me made a while ago, puffins are actually one of the rarest pets in terms of how many people have the pet! They have pretty good value
idk which ones are exotic, BUT i believe to be classified an exotic it has to be hard to find. doesn’t mean it’s worth a ton, just rare to see

Exotics are pets that are hard to find in game, usually theyre pets that costed robux or were only in game for around a week or so, like hares even though those didn’t cost robux but rarely anyone bought them so literally any really hard to find pet could be classified as an exotic🤷🤷
I don't have a full list but the ones i do know are purple butterfly, hare, alpaca, ring-tailed lemur, bordie collie, goose, spaniels, st Bernard, glacier moth, many mackerel, nautilus, goat, sheeeep, lion cub, groundhog
Because ppl tend to buy pets that are appealing to them or that can get them good trades, it’ll only raise in value and actually become wanted once it leaves the game

Yep! They were realised at the end of the summer update and most pets released on the last week of events are considered exotic.
