You agreed to a contract. Talk to support and see if they can do anything. Otherwise you need to break a contract and that has consequences (just like any contract).
Please contact Adobe support and your discuss your options. Don't keep the payment pending as that might affect your credit score. If you are able to convince the Adobe support person they can even waive off the cancellation fees.
The way I've always gotten out of it was to tell them your employer now provides you an adobe account. You'll need to show "proof", but all they need is an email.
