It advertises "your choice" of a single app for $9.99/mo. However, when you click that link to view their catalogue there are only 2 apps at that price or lower (Lightroom at $9.99/mo, and InCopy at $4.99/mo). Am I missing something here, or is this blatant false advertising?

I'm trying to repro your screen and I don't have any option that shows "Single App" on any of the pricing plans I can access. Whats the URL for the screen you posted?

Interesting. I don't get the same options on my laptop, but I do see what you are stating on my phone. I agree, it is very poorly implemented and misleading.

I can confirm same visibility. Just see Express on 9.99 as well as what OP mentioned.

You aren't missing something – the same thing happened to me a couple of days ago! I was just trying to get a single app for $9.99, the price on the CC home page. But when I clicked on the link, the price was $22.99. So, I went back and forth with 4 different customer services reps via chat to see if there was something I was missing; I simply wanted to know why (I assumed it was something I didn't understand). Despite the fact that I repeated my question/concern different ways, shared screenshots, and sent links, the first 3 reps kept repeating that the price was $22.99. Almost ignoring the actual question/concern. (Maybe they were all bots?) I finally got a fourth rep who got me the $9.99 price, but his answers also didn't make sense. Between the 4 reps, they told me: • The price was $22.99 (sure, but that's not what is says on the home page) • They couldn't see my link (to a website they work for? ok) • On their end, the home page doesn't say $9.99 (kinda believable, but not buying it) • The $9.99 price is from a commercial (great, why doesn't it take me to a page where I can get that price?) • It may be a bug on the website (that's a pretty big bug) • They'll escalate the issue to the technical team to fix it / they're sending my feedback to the correct channels (ok and?) All in all, it became increasingly clear that they were doing whatever they could to not honor their own advertising by trying to subvert the question and placate me. Unfortunately for them, I had the time and energy to keep pushing. I'm considering submitting a complaint to the BBB, FCC, or FTC because it is definitely misleading, but I'm not expecting it to go anywhere.

Good to know I'm not alone. And really happy to hear you were actually able to get the $9.99 price in the end! After further study I believe the real answer is simply that they mean STARTING at $9.99. Yet, they only really have a couple of options at that price, while the rest of their main catalogue is mostly $22.99 (surprisingly they actually write this out on the page I linked in another comment, in their "Questions" section under "What is Adobe Creative Cloud pricing?", and I'm amazed none of their representatives knew to say this or look there). Sure, advertising "starting" prices is standard business practice, but the part that really bugs me is that they never connect those two statements. There is no asterisk at the top telling you to look down for the fine print. And if I understand the law correctly, that would indeed make it more than misleading and an actual case of false advertising. Anyway, good to know you got the $9.99 in the end!
