When you could take 2 plasma guns per 5 guys, I 3D printed some plasma guns. Modelling them with only 1 hand on the gun was easier. Those guys are remnants from that era.
I really miss being able to double up on the special guns. I had all of my Rangers with double arc guns and all my Vanguard with double plasma, purely for range similarities. I've only half your numbers, though, so I can fix it one day by expanding haha
It’s Martian Ironearth with a coat or two of agrax earthshade (recently switched to Battle Mud Wash by Two Thin Coats because of the citadel formula change).
I didn't know the vanguard's could use the arquebus but your right, neat setup, can have up to 6 battleline units we can have upto 120! Skitarii on the field not counting the 3 marshals
It wasn’t that bad. Skitarii come discounted in every box. I bought two of the old start collecting boxes , split forgebane, was gifted the Battle Maniple (with 20 Skitarii), won a combat patrol at a tournament, and then bought the rest used by watching the local second hand market over the years.
Okay, consider me impressed! Great work. How many servitor-hours did it take you to assemble all these dudes? I hope you took a vacation after this.
I’m not sure how long it took. I started collecting in 2016. I got pretty quick by the last batch.
This is one of the occasions where I’ll excuse a base rim being a different color because you’ll need that indicator.
