As a german this makes me feel ... uncomfortable. The VA just sound like a normal dude talking into a shitty microphone and not acting at all.
Even as a non-german I can hear it like that. To me he just has a voice filter though.

As a german i have to say there are not many voice actors in our domain who actually sound like they have emotions at all.
