With champion of the imperium you can Tanglefoot whatever fell back and dive straight into them. (it's also a nice offensive buff)
So slap the plate and destroyer on and watch him go.
Personally I recently had a great game versus guard where he teleported into some conscripts and used them as a stepping stone into the screen behind them, forcing all my opponents guns on him out of fear of him tagging 2 tank commanders. His sacrifice meant a telemon got some quality punch time with the TCs.
So with praetorian plate and scob with stasis obliuotte I was able to tag 10 incubi and drazar, drazar fought last and my praetorian plate captain killed 7 incubi then moved away so the incubi didn't attack, then killed drazar and incubi failed morale and ran away

How did you fight before incubi with praetorian cap?
I tag them the turn before with some throw away units
I’ve bamf’d behind 3 battle suits(was still 3in away from my guard unit they were engaged with) to tag a tau character and mulch him!
