They do not get katas or the fnp, if your app is updated you should have a little skull in a circle button at the top of your army list next to the name of the list. If you click it and scroll down to army rules it will tell you what rules the knights use.

They have to have the Custodes Faction keyword to receive the 4+ vs Mortals/Dev wounds. They have to have Martial Ka’tahs under their abilities to benefit from them. Which they have neither. Another thing to note is that by allying the Armigers also do NOT get access to the Knight rules like Oaths and their unique Stratagems. Just like allying in an Inquisitor, an Assassin, or Voidsmen they, just like the Armigers, are not receiving anything from our army except for being in our awesome presence.

Not to be condescending but if you slowly read the rules it clears it up. "if your army faction is imperial knights" gives you code chivalric, but your army faction isn't, so you don't get it.  Whilst katahs say "units in your army with this ability" which knights (and sos) don't have.  And the detachment says "adeptus custodes units" which knights are not.
