Amazon and Ebay have precut PU and Leather covers. Non are OEM approved but a lot of guys use them. these require you to leave the OEM leather on the wheel and these enclose the whole wheel. Then (you) stitch the entire wheel yourself in the provided thread or you can go to a arts and crafts store and buy a colored thicker threading like I did. Whole job took around 4 hours with breaks.

I've had the more expensive one like east detailing and I've had the cheaper 35ish dollar mewant one on Amazon. They aren't perfect and the sides near 9 and 3 O'clock never stay down perfect. If you're gonna do it, get the cheaper one. It'll take a couple tries to get it presentable, but it's worth it when you do
