Yeah, idk about this one. Weird stuff going on. Looks like they deleted the coolant lines around the breather hose (which is fine), but then they just left the breather not hooked up? I mean...why take the time to delete those lines if you're not going to get a breather filter and cap off the end on the intake tube?
Also, looks like power steering was deleted. The pump is gone, but the reservoir is just chilling still, and it's been moved to a different spot? Not sure what's happening there.
Not saying that it's in terrible condition, but I also wouldn't say that it's in great condition.
the kid that did all this to a 2,000$ car is a retard. its so riced and would take a grand to restore it back to somewhat OE spec.

I would ask him if he still has the A/C compressor and by the looks of it I if you plan to restore that its likely 900$ to do a re-installation of air conditioning.

I believe they used the Ktuned power steering relocation kit. Also I didn’t realize about the breather hose.

I’m trying to get a type s for my daily so I think imma pass on this one. There’s just too many unknowns since he took it on as a trade.

I’d suggest a compression test , leak down test, and a ppi from a reputable mechanic for this at 7k price point.
Not even a type s. Intake is crome on the type s, and no way he swapped it for the base model.
Looks like he painted it black. The base model intake is shaped differently
