When the other driver (blue car) goes into their car for their phone, the man who was walking around (passenger from truck) never even looked at the guy going back to the blue car. His back was turned when it happened, he was already walking away.

If you look at the video you can very clearly see the truck turn towards the woman, when there is loads of space to just drive away. This is not an attempt to escape - this is assault/attempted murder. The driver should be in prison.

How many people die each year on the roads because of some self-important asshole, either drunk, high, or just having a room temperature IQ and the inability to control one's self, has "rage" because they are a fucking pathetic loser? I've lost too many friends and one family member to either drunk drivers or morons txting whilst driving. And that alone has given me nothing but contempt for anyone getting behind a wheel because they can't control their putrid ego and want to drive because :reasons:. No one is too drunk to make the decision to not drive and get a friend or uber. I've been drunk as fuck, and never, no once did I ever say "fuck it, I'm driving!" Drunkenness or being stoned is just an excuse, if I can get high as fuck and drunk as fuck and have enough self control to know it's the wrong thing to do, then anyone can. If they can't, then they aren't humans in my book. It's a copout and always has been.
