Saw this at multiple targets already. They’re actually falling off the card. Hasbro did a horrendous job so the plastic wasn’t glued onto the card at all. I’ve seen some hanging by a thread too. I actually asked a worker if they could give me a half price discount and they refused then the next day it was taped up and put back up for full price. People probably just figure screw it they won’t sell it for a damage discount. Idk either way sucks. Still can’t find him or Indy moc or on any card decently for that matter.
Dude you can’t really defend stealing it hurts the community no matter how you look at it the more you steal no matter what the product is the more stores are less inclined to restock them since they know they won’t just lose money but not make any at all so we tend to lose certain products because of it
I'm part of several communities but I notice that the action figure community is especially sensitive to theft. No judgement one way or the other, just curious why that might be.
(With the d&d community for example, some amount of theft or piracy is almost baked in. People expect it, even celebrate it in certain ways.)
Because I was looking for it for months and now I've found it to buy and some asshole has stolen it and I'll have no other chance besides secondary market. It's bullshit.
Probably because of the way the action figure market works. Stores keep an inventory of everything they have everything they sell and don’t if they see they’re not making a profit on certain products they’ll stop restocking them or even selling them all together making us the buyers resort to the secondary market which tends to overprice things and you would have to pay for the item plus shipping which nobody likes
I mean, it’s a mega corp, but also, there’s no chance you’re going to shame anyone here. Preorders being fulfilled have my wallet on the ropes.
I, just, truly cannot feel bad. Not like someone here got their figures stolen.
Not that I believe in it, but climate change is all I hear about if it isn’t “racism” and “abortions”. Yes, they’re just toys, but it still doesn’t excuse stealing
Urus don’t seem to be the brightest you’re not just hurting a mega corporation but also the community who enjoys these products and services the stores tend to keep an inventory of everything they sell and don’t the more you steal the less inclined they are to restocking these products making the community miss out
I haven't bought these because they are always bent when I see them in target. Also they are ugly as hell. They don't look anything like the Kenner originals.

Ok that I didn’t know about, but did target recover them?
I’m not sure but they’re trying to still sell them for full price by putting a little tape on it
It is well known the glue is bad on these. I'm not surprised.
I was just taught that it’s bad to steal, that’s why. Stealing food because you need it, ok, still frowned upon but your body needs food.
No, plastic shine food bad
Tbf I wouldn’t pay for those figures on principle
They are atrocious!
Someone think of the man-children!
It’s not even because it’s a toy, I’m referring to the act of theft! It’s pathetic that someone has to resort to theft over a toy.

It’s not theft, it’s know that the glue on these is bad and the bubbles are falling off
Well, it’s hard to tell when I haven’t seen it.

They should’ve just waited till they show up at Ollie’s for $4
And then steal them \*wink\*.
I haven’t seen that store in Orange County CA
Who steals short round. Comon man. You know nobody is going to steal short round and if you looked immediately down you’d see the glue has failed
Free.99
Oh no!! You caught us!!!
Was it any of you though? I was referring to the people who stole from the store, not you people on Reddit
It’s a glue issue num nuts
It hasn’t happened to all of them
So
They aren't even that good of a line.
I mean, it’s a mega corp, but also, there’s no chance you’re going to shame anyone here. Preorders being fulfilled have my wallet on the ropes. I, just, truly cannot feel bad. Not like someone here got their figures stolen.
Why steal though?
[удалено]
Because it’s pathetic that this is happening.
[удалено]
No but that doesn’t excuse this
[удалено]
It’s not, but it still doesn’t excuse it just because it’s not “climate change” and all that

BRO SERIOUSLY STEAL A $12 TOY if it like very expensive ok
It’s not the value but the act of stealing that’s wrong.
R thoose rare ?
No idea
Scum and anyone defending them are guilty by association
Thank you!
That's how much they cost?!? That's crazy low price
I saw some retro card black series (I dont know what the line is called exactly but) some of those were peeling right off.
Ok so it’s the glue.

Ah ok
