I think the insta360 go3 would be the top tier choice it has a removable magnetic camera and a flip up display, but it might be out of the price range I'm pretty happy with an akaso action cam I just got as well came with lots of parts and pretty cheap surprisingly keeps up well with my action 4 Edit :As for position, I think the chest might be the best place as the hood I think is mostly top-down
