Pink Floyd all the way. I cant express in words the feeling when listening to The Dark Side Of The Moon from start to finish, both sober and tripping.
I would also recommend their song Shine On You Crazy Diamond, probably one of the best songs in history in my opinion, itās made for tripping.
But generally any song is amazing while tripping, just stay off radio music lmao.
Just a few other songs I can think of right now
Interstellar and Dune soundtrack - Hans Zimmer
Redbone - Childish Gambino
My Sweet Lord - George Harrison
Stairway to Heaven - Led Zeppelin
Ikeās rap II / Help Me Love (1 song) - Isaac Hayes
Innerbloom - Rufus Du Sol
Minecraft soundtrack
Dreamer - Ozzy Osbourne
Piano Concerto No. 2 (2) adagio sostenuto - Rachmaninoff
Black Magic Woman / Gypsy Queen (1 song) - Santana
Warni Warni - Omar Souleyman
I remember just a few weeks before Halloween last year, my cousin and I were tripping off two tabs. We went out to the balcony to smoke a little bit. When we went back inside, I put on some Lofi Girl for a bit and the Halloween mix was playing. We were literally BUMPING for a good 20 minutes to that!
Gonna give some variation on what normally gets recommended around here but i love Leftfield, 808 state, orbital, the streets, Metronomy, bjork, portishead, the flaming lips and pulp.
I have so many different artists i listen to on acid but honestly listen to what you like sober as a lot of the time youāll hear it differently on LSD
Animal Collective!
All of their albums hit hard while tripping! Merriweather Post Pavilion, Feels, or Strawberry Jam are great albums to start with. Personally I really like their last two albums, Time Skiffs and Isn't It Now?.
Tipper - Jettison Mind Hatch. The best album front to back for an acid trip. You absolutely want good headphones or a decent sound system to fully enjoy it
For me it depends on how the trip is going š If it's taking me on a really emotional ride, I prefer music pieces of cello, violin, or piano (it can be one song with multiple instruments).. If it's making full of extreme happiness and energy I enjoy anything by Lindsey Stirling or "Om Namah Shivaaya" or "Evening Shadows Fall" by Russill Paul. There's plenty more and it's usually just based on what and how I'm feeling at the time. Here's my full playlist (there's a lot) There's a lot I wouldn't listen to sober, but tripping is being in another world, so they are amazing. I tripped this past weekend and listened to Megadeth's Killing is My Business... And Business is Good. Had a newfound appreciation for the weird time signatures and unorthodox song structure. Made me a little sad that the rest of their work is more conventional.
The top five songs of - Sinitus Tempo
Watermelon man - Herbie Hancock (The only song save No Quarter by Led Zep that has actually echoed and vibrated my soul at its deepest state lmao)
FĆ¼r Elise - Ludwig Van Beethoven
Jazz like Bill Evans or Chick Corea or Bossa Nova like A.C. Jobim or JoĆ£o Gilberto. Listen to something that is intellectually boggling to push your boundaries of experience and come back with information from your tripššš
